Tara Rose, RN
Tara Rose has more more 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically with critical care and emergency nursing. Ms. Rose has a degree in Business Administration and currently holds a RN license in the State of Florida and multiple other states. She attended Florida Risk Management Institute in 2003 and completed several advanced educational programs to improve her skills and knowledge.
Ms. Rose has worked in the areas of Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Intensive Care, Emergency Room, Labor and Delivery, Mother and Baby, and Post Anesthesia Care. She has also worked in the supplemental staffing industry as well as home healthcare involving Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement. Furthermore, she serves as Chief Clinical Officer (Director of Nursing) for Medical Staffing Direct until their closing in 2007.
As a medical manager at Sky Nurses, Ms. Rose’s background in risk management serves as a resource to the organization and enables her to develop formal and informal mechanisms for risk identification. She works tirelessly to develop policies and procedures, training programs, and cloud-based services to streamline the medical travel assistance services offered by Sky Nurses and ensure that they are without any issues for the patients, family members, and nurses.
